NTEEP Agreement Generator
I. The Parties. 67777This Service Contract (“Agreement”) made April 1, 2023 is by and between:
Service Provider: Eddie West
Client: Eladio Spinka
By accepting the NTEEP 4.0 Grant, the recipient (Grantee) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Grant Package Details
The grant includes:
- Standard Business Website or E-Commerce Store Design
- 1-Year Basic Hosting Plan (Value: $17.94)
- .com or .com.ng Domain for 1 Year (Value: $15.24)
- Premium Workspace Package for 3 Years (Value: $294.60)
- Total Grant Value: $327.78
2. Eligibility & Grant Acceptance
- This grant is non-transferable and can only be used by the approved recipient.
- The grantee must provide all required business details and cooperate in the website development process.
- Failure to provide required information within 30 days of receiving the grant offer may result in forfeiture.
3. Hosting & Domain Renewal Obligation
- The grantee agrees to renew their hosting and domain at the end of the 12-month period to ensure the continuity of their website.
- Hosting and domain renewal must be done exclusively with NTEEP’s sponsor (Nomfro Host) at the prevailing rates.
- Failure to renew may result in the suspension or termination of the website.
4. Premium Workspace Renewal Obligation
- The grantee agrees to renew their Premium Workspace Package after the 3-year grant period expires to maintain access to the business automation tools provided.
- Renewal must be done through the designated NTEEP sponsor platform.
5. Website Maintenance & Compliance
- The grantee is responsible for managing their website content and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Websites promoting illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or violating NTEEP’s ethical policies may be suspended or revoked.
6. Publicity & Acknowledgment
- The grantee agrees to allow NTEEP to use their business name, logo, and testimonial for promotional purposes.
- Participation in NTEEP activities, including interviews, webinars, or case studies, may be required.
7. Grant Revocation
NTEEP reserves the right to revoke the grant if:
- The grantee fails to comply with these terms.
- The grantee misuses the provided resources.
- There is any form of misrepresentation in the application process.
8. Modification of Terms
NTEEP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Grantees will be notified of any significant changes.
By accepting this grant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
