To ensure the success of each meetup, hosts are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Venue: Provide a suitable venue that can comfortably accommodate 50–200 participants. The space should include basic amenities like seating, lighting, and access to restrooms.
  • Event Coordination: Have a dedicated team to handle event logistics, including registration, ushering, and time management.
  • Technology Support: Ensure access to a projector, sound system, and internet connectivity to facilitate presentations and live streaming if necessary.
  • Community Engagement: Promote the meetup through local networks, social media, and community platforms to ensure high attendance and engagement.
  • Program Alignment: Align the meetup’s agenda with NTEEP’s goals, including sessions on entrepreneurship, networking opportunities, and actionable takeaways for participants..
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events and share key highlights with the NTEEP team.
